communicate those feelings through the art of music.

• Yes! All transactions on our website are in fact linked to paypal…so no sensitive information goes through our website. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment you can just click on the paypal licks which will take you to the paypal transaction page where you can enter your card information. Who are the people I should yell at if something goes wrong with my order?
• Any complaints will go to Gouaime himself and the band! Use the information on our contact page to get in touch! We will respond ASAP! We most sincerely appreciate our friends who support our music...Compliments and facebook likes are great, but the friends that spent money on our work are the ones that will help us save towards producing the next record…So…under NO circumstance will we let anyone be unhappy with their order. This is HIGH priority for the band and the label!!
What if I don’t like the album? Will you refund it?
• Yes, we have a 100% money back guarantee…no questions asked…no bull shit! If for whatever reason you do not like the CD just mail it back and you will receive a full refund. This is how confident we are on the quality of our work…please be sincere and don’t abuse this privilege. A privilege not provided by any mainstream record label…
When will my CD arrive?
• We ship the CDs within 24 hours of every order. Within the United States it usually takes around a week’s time, outside the United States it takes around two weeks, depending on local mail services.
How much does it cost to ship the CD?
• We have two shipping options on our shop page. One for shipping within the U.S and one for shipping anywhere outside the U.S. The prices labelled under the paypal button include EVERYTHING (shipping/handling/the actual product of course/ tax etc).
What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?
• We package the CDs very well and we have never had any of the CDs delivered damaged this far. In any case, we will replace it immediately! Contact us via email, phone or post and provide us with your address and purchase information so we can track your initial order and re-post immediately.
